Welcome to designuvo.com (“Website”), owned and operated by QLYZE LTD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services, digital assets, and tools available on the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the Website. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Definitions

  • Website / Platform: designuvo.com and all related digital services.
  • User / You: any individual or entity accessing or using the Website.
  • Digital Assets: icons, branding elements, templates, UI kits, illustrations, and other downloadable design resources.
  • Custom Services: bespoke design packages, branding deliverables, or other made-to-order digital work.
  • Client Materials: files, logos, text, briefs, and other data submitted by the User.
  • Account Balance / Credits: prepaid amounts stored in a user account that can be used for purchases on the Website.

4. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have legal capacity in your jurisdiction.
  • Use the Website under your true identity.

We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Nature of Services

Designuvo provides digital design assets and creative services, including:

  • UI/UX components
  • Icon packs
  • Illustration packs
  • Branding elements
  • Social media template sets
  • Custom one-off design services
  • Ready-made templates and themed design bundles

Digital Delivery Only
All products are delivered digitally, via download or account section. No physical items are shipped.

General Service Workflow
Depending on the type of purchase, the process follows one of two paths:

5.1 Workflow for Ready-Made Digital Assets
  • User browses available digital packs or templates.
  • Adds selected items to the cart.
  • Proceeds to checkout, enters billing details.
  • Accepts Terms & Conditions + Privacy Policy.
  • Completes payment via the external PSP.
  • Is redirected back to the Website.
  • Purchased files become available immediately in the “My Downloads” section.
  • Confirmation email is automatically sent.

Delivery is instant, unless a temporary system delay occurs.

5.2 Workflow for Custom Design Services
  • User submits a design request or selects a custom package.
  • Provides required project brief or Client Materials.
  • Completes payment (via direct method or using account balance).
  • Work begins immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Initial drafts or deliverables are provided within 24–72 hours.
  • Final files are delivered by upload to the user’s account + email notification.

If a project is unusually large or requires extended time, the user will be notified via email.

6. Account Registration

Some features require registration. Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Safeguard login credentials.
  • Be responsible for all activity under their account.

Unauthorized account use must be reported immediately.

7. Payments, Pricing & Currencies

7.1 Supported Payment Methods

Designuvo accepts:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Other payment methods displayed at checkout

All transactions are processed securely by an external payment service provider. Designuvo does not store or access cardholder data.

7.2 Currency Options (Updated)

Only currencies shown at checkout are available for the transaction.

7.3 Direct Purchases & Account Balance

Users may:

  • Pay directly for each order using a payment card, OR
  • Top up their account balance (credits) and spend credits on purchases.

Credits:

  • Cannot be withdrawn.
  • Cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.
  • Are valid only inside designuvo.com.
  • Are automatically deducted when available balance covers the purchase.

If balance is insufficient, the system will combine balance + direct payment.

7.4 VAT & Pricing

All prices shown include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.

7.5 Billing Descriptor

Charges on card statements will appear as: QLYZE LTD — DESIGNUVO

8. Delivery of Digital Goods

8.1 Ready-Made Design Assets

Delivery is instant to the user’s account dashboard, with immediate access to downloads.

8.2 Custom Services

Delivery time is generally 24–72 hours. Large or complex projects may take longer; in such cases, the user will be contacted via email.

8.3 Delivery Confirmation

A confirmation email is automatically sent after successful purchase.

9. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

Users agree NOT to:

  • Upload harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Website.
  • Disrupt or tamper with the Website’s security or performance.
  • Impersonate other individuals or entities.
  • Resell, redistribute, or reproduce purchased assets without appropriate licensing.

10. Prohibited Activities (Mandatory for PSP Compliance)

You are strictly prohibited from using the Website for:

Illegal or High-Risk Activities
  • Money laundering or sanctions violations
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Adult/sexual content involving minors or violence
  • Distribution of drugs, weapons, or illegal goods
  • Unlicensed financial, investment, forex, or crypto services
  • Gambling, betting, lotteries
  • Sale of unlicensed pharmaceuticals or restricted products
Platform Misuse
  • Reverse-engineering or attempting to bypass security
  • Unauthorized scraping or data extraction
  • Excessive chargebacks or fraudulent disputes
  • Sharing purchased assets publicly or commercially without license

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access.

11. Intellectual Property

All digital assets, templates, and materials on Designuvo are the property of QLYZE LTD or licensed creators.

Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased assets in accordance with the usage rights stated on the Website.

Users may not:

  • Resell
  • Redistribute
  • Replicate
  • Modify for resale
  • Claim ownership of the original source files

Unless explicitly permitted in writing.

12. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • File is corrupted or inaccessible
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Duplicate payment
  • Download error caused by our system

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect file usage
  • Design preferences
  • Issues unrelated to Designuvo system performance

13. Limitation of Liability

Designuvo is not liable for:

  • Loss of profit
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Misuse of digital assets by the user

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

Termination may result in loss of remaining credits or access to downloads.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
